US Data Center Projects ("we," "our," or "us") operates usdatacenterprojects.com, a data intelligence platform tracking commercial and hyperscale data center construction projects across the United States. These forms are processed by Deft Forms (deftform.com), a third-party form service.
Usage and analytics data. We use RevealID to identify visiting companies based on IP address for B2B analytics purposes. This provides aggregate information about which organizations are visiting the site; it does not identify individual visitors by name. We may also collect standard server log data (IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps) through our hosting infrastructure on Cloudflare.
Cookies and local storage. This site uses minimal browser storage. We use sessionStorage to manage popup display preferences within a single browsing session. No persistent tracking cookies are set by us directly. Third-party services integrated into this site (Deft Forms, RevealID, Cloudflare) may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies.
How We Use Your Information

Data Retention
Information submitted through contact and trial request forms is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the requested service or maintain a business relationship, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Server log data is typically retained for up to 90 days.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of personal data we hold about you. You may also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Our infrastructure runs on Cloudflare's edge network, which provides DDoS protection, TLS encryption in transit, and other security controls. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
